A Quiet Hour |Sunrise Soundbath & Reflective Journaling on the Beach

For one hour, close your eyes- take in the ocean breeze and simply listen to the sounds around you. Rest, recharge, and reflect.

About this Event

At the start of the morning, you will be able to see how YOU feel. How YOU choose to absorb the gifts of the sunrise.

For an hour, we will be on the beach listening to the sounds all around. From soundbowls and chimes to the ocean waves & birds-- all of life will play a song for you to recharge and reflect.

For this experience, you will need the following:

Yoga Mat and/or Beach Blanket (to lay down on) If you do not want sand on your yoga mat, bring a larger sized blanket, tarp, or sheet to place under your mat.
Journal and Pen/Pencil

At the end of our soundbath, we will reflect on how you are feeling in that moment & in your life overall. Let's what the sounds of life guide you to reflect on within yourSelf.
