From soundbowls and chimes to the ocean waves & birds-- all of life will play a song for you to recharge and reflect.For this experience, you will need the following:Yoga Mat and/or Beach Blanket (to lay down on) If you do not want sand on your yoga mat, bring a larger sized blanket, tarp, or sheet to place under your mat.Journal and Pen/PencilAt the end of our soundbath, we will reflect on how you are feeling in that moment & in your life overall.
